No, all workorders are made online and completed within 24-48 hours. You can provide us acces to your apartment and we will get your concern completed.

We do. We have skilled technicians available to servce all your maintenance needs.

You will login to your resident portal online and submit a service request. We will respond and complete your request right away. 

During business hours you can stop by the office with your ID and we will be happy to grant you access.


Yes, we have several indirect garages available as well as surface parking available. 

We have a 24 hour fitness facility with yopga room, co-working space,  resident lounge, heated pool, pickleball court,  dog park and pet spa.

yes, and we would love to meet your pet.

We do not but can provide you with information on furniture rental.


24 -72 hours after receiving application and employment verification.

All rent is paid online through the resident portal located on the website.

Yes, 100,000 limited liability insurance is required and personal property is recommended.

The community has community wide internet installed and ready for you to stream.

You have two options to break your lease which will be reviewed and chosen at time of lease.

There is a bus stop immidiatly outside the property and we are close to hwy.

Altis Grand Kendall is zoned for Claude Pepper Elementary, Arvida Middle and Miami Sunset Senior High School.
